  • Mahinda registered an outright victory by 8 wickets beating Maliyadeva at Maliyadeva grounds, Kurunegala moments ago.

Batting first Maliyadeva scored 177 runs and Mahinda replied with 289 for 9 wickets with Dulash scoring an unbeaten hundred. In the second innings Maliyadeva were bowled out for 120 giving Mahinda a target of 9 runs. Mahinda lost 2 wickets getting the required runs. Tharuka took 4 wickets in the second innings, Malith Mahela and Thamith Kalhara 3 wickets each also in the second innings.
